Experience in ServiceNow including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations. • Must have good programming skills (JavaScript a must) Extensive development experience knowledge on all ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Change, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP. Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration and other applications.
