Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Jawed Habib Salon, Defence Colony. The ideal candidate will be the face of the salon, responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for our clients while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
Schedule and manage appointments effectively.
Handle inquiries in-person and via phone.
Operations Support:
Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
Coordinate with stylists and beauticians to ensure timely service delivery.
Manage daily check-ins and check-outs for clients.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Maintain accurate client records and update databases regularly.
Manage inventory for front-desk supplies and retail products.
Customer Service:
Address client feedback and concerns professionally.
Promote salon services, offers, and retail products to clients.
Uphold Jawed Habib Salon’s standards of service excellence.
Requirements

Experience:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferably in a salon, spa, or similar environment).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using booking software and MS Office tools.
Personality Traits:
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
