Job Description: We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers who have recently completed their ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields. As an ITI/Diploma Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a professional environment, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of various technical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates to start their career in the manufacturing and industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical,

· mechanical, and automation equipment. Learn and support preventive maintenance routines to ensure the smooth functioning of

· machinery and equipment. Observe and assist with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automation faults

· Support in the calibration and testing of machines, tools, and equipment.

· Help in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery under the guidance of

· senior engineers/technicians. Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

· Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

· Ensure that work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.

· Work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related

· engineering field (Fresher/Passout candidates). Basic understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, or automation is an

advantage.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.

· Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to develop technical knowledge.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.).

· Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

· Compensation:

ITI Fresher

In-hand- 17,521/- for (26 Days).

Total CTC- Rs-21,233/month.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
