IT Product Management Executive

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to oversee the website development process for our company. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development of our website using Django and ReactJS frameworks. Additionally, knowledge of AWS server and firewall configuration is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the website's vision, goals, and requirements.

2. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap for website development.

3. Manage the entire website development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

4. Work closely with the development team to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of website features and enhancements.

5. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform website improvements and new feature development.

6. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly website interfaces.

7. Ensure website compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols.

8. Monitor website performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to track website usage, user engagement, and conversion rates.

10. Provide guidance and support to the development team, addressing technical challenges and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in website development projects.

2. Strong knowledge of Django and ReactJS frameworks.

3. Proficiency in AWS server configuration, including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFront.

4. Experience in firewall configuration and security best practices.

5. Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and project management principles.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
