About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Group MIS Manager to join our team at Proftech Talent. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, experience in software management and vendor management, and knowledge of software systems and data security practices. The role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.

Responsibilities:

The Group MIS Manager will lead the MIS team to manage and optimise business software systems, including ERP, WMS, and CRM. Key responsibilities include team management, software ownership, business process improvement, vendor and supplier management, cross-department collaboration, training, and user support.
• Lead and develop the MIS team to support business software systems effectively.
• Oversee business software applications (ERP, WMS, CRM, etc.).
• Collaborate with teams to identify efficiency-boosting software solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with software vendors.
• Partner with IT teams to integrate software with infrastructure systems.
