IT Field Support Officer

Salary $80,000 to $85,000

Pilbara IT are looking to hire IT Field Support Officers to carry out Level 2 support for clients on-site in Port Hedland and Karratha.

Pilbara IT is establishing a broad connection of networks and servicing a wide range of clients in the area regarding IT equipment, software, hardware, upgrades and support.

The role will involve you visiting customers on site to resolve IT issues. Customers cover a wide range of industries including; education, child care, shipping and logistics, defence, government and many more!

The ideal candidate:

Experience in Service Desk Support and/or Field Support.
Qualification (or working towards) in the IT industry.
Hard worker, team player and self-motivated
