About the Role
Sarah Coe Design, a renowned luxury interior design and build firm, is seeking an accomplished Interior Design Professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time position involves collaborating with clients to determine their interior design needs and preferences, developing design concepts that reflect the client's vision while adhering to budget constraints, and utilizing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Sketchup to create detailed design plans and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Develop innovative design concepts that meet client expectations and budget requirements
• Utilize industry-leading software to create precise designs and presentations
• Select suitable materials, furnishings, colors, and finishes that align with the overall design concept
• Manage project timelines and oversee renovations and construction processes to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments throughout the project lifecycle
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Sketchup essential
• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in interior spaces
• Experience in budgeting for projects and managing costs effectively
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction and sales capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
