Interior Design Faculty

NIDRT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Design Faculty member to join our team. As a member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to shape and inspire the next generation of Interior designers through teaching, mentoring, and guiding them toward success.

Subject of Expertise :
• Principles of Design.
• Basic Design and Graphics.
• Building Materials and Construction.

Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver courses and lectures in Interior Designing.
• Foster a creative and innovative learning environment that encourages critical thinking, experimentation, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Mentor students on design projects, assignments, and guide them in developing their creative ideas into successful inerior projects.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and grade assignments and examinations.
• Participate in academic research, publications, and conferences related to Inerior Designing.
• Contribute to the development of the interior Designing program curriculum and course materials.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to support the academic and administrative activities of the Institute.

Qualifications
• Degree / Diploma or higher in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in design softwares like AutoCAD, SketchUP etc.(Optional)
• Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Experience with online and hybrid learning platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
