Interim Legal Operations Specialist |Atlanta| Hybrid

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a fulltime (40 hours) Interim Legal Operations Specialist (Atlanta, Hybrid).

Overview: Our client’s legal department is looking for an Interim Legal Operations Specialist (100% Remote, National) to join its team for CLM implementation and contract workflow creation.

Experience: Experience at a large or reputable In-House Legal Department

Location: Hybrid, Atlanta

Responsibilities Include:
• Administration and maintenance of CLM Implementation.
• Build out complex Contract Workflow.
• Establish strong organizational tools to drive project progress, ensure deadlines, budget and project qualifications are met, and identify and resolve issues and escalate risks. Determine necessary project resources, technology, and schedule
• - and manage and track the same.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders on strategy, progress, changes and roadblocks.

Qualifications Include:
• Experience implementing a CLM at a large or reputable In-House Legal Department with complex workflow creation experience (ideally Icertis)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Sound legal and business judgment, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal, written and customer / client interaction communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, to work independently, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to highest standards of professionalism.
