Technology Transactions Attorney

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate for its expanding practice in Palo Alto, San Diego, Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, and San Francisco offices. The salary for this position is between $310,000 to $3+0,000, which is based upon a range of factors.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of technology transactions experience, drafting a wide range of commercial and technology agreements, as well as M&A support.
• Additional expertise in life sciences transactions and patent experience is preferred [but not required].
• J.D. from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• A technical degree is also required for this position.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; strong client-interfacing skills.
