This role requires strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of legal case management, as you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking legal assistance

Utilize document management systems to maintain organized records of client interactions and case progress
Assist in the preparation of case files for attorneys, including document review and summarization
Provide clerical support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a smooth intake process and address any client inquiries
This position is part time - primarily Monday-Thursday with shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
