Job Details:

This is a permanent, full-time position for an experienced legal professional who specializes in representing policyholders. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of attorneys, working together to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Represent policyholders in all aspects of insurance coverage disputes
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex insurance issues
Negotiate settlements on behalf of policyholders
Prepare and present cases in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
Requirements:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
A minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience. Insurance coverage is a plus
Current license to practice
Demonstrated experience with drafting, pleadings, taking depos, and motion practice
Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
