Role: Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: US Shift (Work from Home)

Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS or AI solution sales

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, focusing on North American markets.
• Sales Pitches & Demos:
• Engage decision-makers and present Waanee AI solutions through virtual meetings, tailoring pitches to client needs.
• Sales Pipeline Management:
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely closure of deals.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute outreach campaigns and gather customer feedback.
• Reporting:
• Track and report sales metrics, including leads, conversions, and quota achievements.

Who You Are
• Proven track record in B2B inside sales, especially in SaaS/AI products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Experience in handling C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Comfortable working in the US shift (night shifts in India).
