Job description
Job Title: Indirect Tax : Litigation
Mode of Work: WFO
Experience: 2-8years
Location: Gurgaon
Roles &Responsibilities
GST Refunds and Litigation: Handle the preparation and filing of GST refunds, follow up and liaison with the tax department. Prepare for pre-GST assessments and handle ongoing litigations.
Response to Authorities: Prepare and submit responses to various authorities related to indirect taxes, demonstrating expertise and understanding of the field.
Client Engagement Execution: Ensure high-quality delivery as per client requirements
Advisory Services: Provide expert advice related to indirect taxes, including GST and customs,helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios.
Skills Required
Should have a strong background in the field of Indirect tax litigation
GST advisory would be an added advantage
An ideal candidate should be from law educational background

Our Hiring Process:
