Job description
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a local manufacturer in Billerica, MA looking to add a Bookkeeper to the team! This is an immediate opening, 100% onsite in Billerica. Reporting into the Accounting Manager, the person in this role will assist in handling the books. This is a great role for an experienced bookkeeper, or someone with a strong AP/AR background looking to expand their knowledge.
The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include
• Maintain and update financial records, including day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of all transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
The Experience Required For This Role
• QuickBooks experience required
• Solid Excel and software system skills
Compensation: $24-34/HR DOE
