Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for Graduate Engineers -Embedded Systems to be based at our office in Warwick.

Our Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Department leverages extensive manufacturing know-how for enlightened enterprise systems. Our deep industry experience allows us to drastically reduce process time and effectively streamline business flows for any organization. Our world-class consultants enable organizations to realize the power of the integrated enterprise by providing superior consulting and implementation services.

The Role:

We are now recruiting for our 2025 Graduate cohort within Digital Enterprise Solutions. If you are due to Graduate with a Bsc or Masters in Embedded Systems field please read on!

Our graduate programme can operate a little different to others, alongside a structured training and development programme we want to give you hands on experience working with our Senior team and our clients. This means meaningful projects that will make a difference. At the end of the 2-year programme with our goal is for you to be fully skilled and ready to move into a designated career path in a specialist/technology with us.

These roles are on site in Warwick, at our state-of-the-art offices with great transport links to site.

Graduates we are looking for:
• Achieved/expecting to achieve a 2:1 degree in Embedded Systems related degree or a Masters/MsC.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOPS concept) in C# or core Java/J2EE.
• Basic knowledge of a cloud platform (Azure/AWS)
• A passion for the automotive sector and evolving that
