Import and Export Executive

Envirol Industries Pvt. Ltd. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Import and Export Executive, located in Jodhpur. The Import and Export Executive will be responsible for managing the import and export activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with logistics partners to facilitate efficient transportation and customs clearance. The Import and Export Executive will also manage all related documentation, such as licenses, permits, and customs declarations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in import and export operations • Strong knowledge of regulations and requirements for importing and exporting goods • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus • Knowledge of INCO terms and export documentation management is a plus • Ability to adapt to changes in regulations and procedures
