Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload the service vehicle effectively to complete daily assignments.
Perform cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to job specifications and client policies.
Provide and maintain hygiene products including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitisers, sanitary bins and air fresheners.
Address hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments.
Complete service reports to document services performed.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
What You'll Bring:

Full-time, permanent work rights in NZ and a full, clean driver’s licence
Clean criminal record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Physically fit with a strong focus on health and safety
Self-motivated with great time management
High attention to detail and pride in high standards
Confident using mobile apps and technology
Flexible to travel and stay away overnight if needed
Cleaning or hygiene experience is a bonus
Please note that applicants must have the right to live and work permanently or long-term in New Zealand.

Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment assessment, including medical, reference, and criminal background checks, meeting Rentokil Initial's satisfactory criteria.
