About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all HR compliance activities, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.

2. Monitor and record Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for ongoing projects.

3. Oversee contractor management, including regular communication, compliance checks, and performance evaluation.

4. Verify and manage conveyance claims for contractors and employees.

5. Ensure the proper documentation process is maintained for all HR-related activities.

6. All critical Document Collection.
