Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR policies, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that support company goals.
Handle employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate and manage employee performance appraisal processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and organizing review meetings.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist in payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and training sessions to foster a positive work environment.
Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management on best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role within human resources.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, etc.).
Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS, payroll systems).
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is a plus.
Experience in employee engagement, training, and development programs.
Knowledge of talent management and succession planning.
