Job Description

Job description
We’re on the hunt for a highly organised and detail-driven HR Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to shape exceptional employee experiences by executing smooth, efficient HR processes and creating memorable touchpoints across the employee lifecycle.

As the first point of contact for all things HR administration - from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between - you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our systems run seamlessly, our data remains accurate, and our people feel valued and supported.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in HR. Working in a small, collaborative HR team, you’ll be given real responsibility from day one and exposed to a wide range of HR functions. We're looking for someone with an eye for improvement, a passion for people, and the drive to help shape a best-in-class employee experience.

HR Operations & Administration
• Own and deliver all administrative processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Deliver smooth and engaging onboarding and induction experiences.
• Support new employees during their probation, embedding our brand values and culture.
• Generate employment contracts and process contractual changes.
• Manage offboarding and exit logistics.
• Maintain and optimise our HRIS and eLearning systems, ensuring accuracy, automation, and insightful reporting.
• Manage and update employee records and documentation, ensuring legal compliance and accessibility.
• Continuously improve HR processes to increase efficiency and elevate the employee experience.
• Act as a day-to-day HR contact, providing timely, clear, and policy-aligned support.

Employee Experience
• Champion a high-quality, consistent employee experience across every HR touchpoint.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver key employee moments (welcome packs, recognition, milestones).
• Use feedback and data to enhance the employee journey with a people-first approach.

Employee Relations Support
• Provide administrative and note-taking support for low-level employee relations cases.
• Support with absence/attendance reviews, informal performance meetings, and welfare check-ins.
• Ensure accurate documentation and escalate appropriately when needed.
• Actively support and promote employee wellbeing initiatives

You Have:
• Experience in an HR Coordinator role or similar, OR a recent HR graduate with the drive to learn and grow.
• A strong grasp of HR processes, systems, and general employment best practices.
• A continuous improvement mindset - you look for better ways of doing things.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing sensitive and confidential information.
• A calm, positive and solutions-focused approach to work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Partially or fully qualified CIPD.

You Are:
• Professional, approachable, and adaptable.
• A natural relationship builder with strong team spirit.
• Motivated by efficiency, structure, and a well-run HR function.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Core Behaviours
• Pace: Know that speed is your greatest ally. It builds momentum and is key for growth. Go fast.
• Communication: Know that team is your greatest asset. Talk to them face to face, Don’t try to go alone.
• Trust: When you say you’ll do it, do it. When someone asks for help, you give it.
• Transparency: Nothing is off limits, to anyone at any time. Remove walls & call out red tape.
• Challenge: Get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. We need you to go where you’re scared to.
• Learn: Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• 360 Management: Manage up, down and across. Regardless of title, everyone is a leader. So Lead.

What’s In It for You
• Real responsibility and exposure across a generalist HR remit.
• A supportive team that values learning, development, and growth.
• Opportunities to work on meaningful HR projects and initiatives.
• A fast-paced, dynamic business where your ideas can make a real impact.
