Job Description
TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dynamic HR Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on coordinating activities between customers, internal teams, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain strong communication channels between various stakeholders.
Manage various operational tasks efficiently and prioritize them based on urgency.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities.
Possess strong time-management capabilities and meet deadlines dependably
Support HR department in various functions related to hiring and employee management.
Proactively manage recruitment efforts to fill technical and non-technical positions. effectively.
Coordinate pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
Ensure adherence to company employee policies and proactively address any compliance issues.
Coordinate employee performance review processes to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Experience in the software industry is a plus.
