HR Executive

We are seeking a skilled HR Executive for our client requirement (Paint Manufacturer Company). Qualifications And Skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field • 1-3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role • Knowledge of Attendance Management. • Familiarity with payroll outsourcing and labor law compliance. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices. • Proficient in MS Office and HRM software. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Roles And Responsibilities • Manage payroll services for technical and commercial staffing. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and conduct compliance audits. • Handle company and contractors' payroll outsourcing, including PF and ESI challans and statutory returns. • Manage contract labor and labor services for various skill categories. • Facilitate training and development programs, including soft skill training, safety training, and best learning practices. • Support HR functions and ensure statutory compliances through monthly retainers. • Assist in shaping HR policies and establishing customized HR processes. • Coordinate and liaise with government departments for various approvals and compliance matters
