As a Security Executive, you will be part of a team that takes pride in upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism. You will assist in the implementation and enforcement of security measures to ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. This role requires a proactive approach to security management, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Conduct routine patrols of the hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, to identify and address security concerns.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to any security breaches or suspicious activities promptly.
Assist in the implementation of access control measures, including monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and issuing visitor badges as needed.
Provide a visible security presence and excellent customer service to guests, employees, and visitors while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Respond to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and security incidents, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals and property.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in security management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in security operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and vigilant while performing security duties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Basic knowledge of security technologies, including surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
