Maintaining Customer Records Accurately record details of interactions and update customer databases with relevant information.

Achieving Targets Meet call and sales quotas, and contribute to team performance goals.

Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
