Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide information and address queries effectively

Ensure high-quality communication and lead conversions

Maintain call records and follow up with potential leads

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Prior experience in telecalling or sales support preferred

Ability to meet targets and handle objections professionally
