Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic clinician leader to join our team as an Area Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of clinicians within your discipline, ensuring the highest standards of care and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 3-10 clinicians, providing guidance, performance coaching, and ensuring clinical governance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve job satisfaction and retention within your team.
Maintain a minimum of 21 billable hours per week while managing a caseload in line with your expertise.
Actively contribute to the development of multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) and participate in external events and business development opportunities.
Requirements

Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline with current registration
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and fostering professional development
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
