Our client company is a well-know real estate company based in Ahmedbad.
Job Description:
1. He/She should be capable of handling court matters independently like drafting petitions, ppearing before all courts and including District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court or any other court or Revenue Courts or Tribunals.
2. Ensure Compliance with all legislation, rules and regulations affecting the organisation.
3. Leading, motivating and mentoring his/ her team including lawyers and other persons.
4. Dealing and liaising and working with Government and other officials.
5. Effective communication in Gujarati and English wherever required.
6. Drafting of Sale deeds, Agreement to sale, MOUs, Shareholder Agreements, any other types of Agreements or representations in English and Gujarati.
7. He/she will be involved in entire process of Acquisition of Land.He/she should be independently involved in process of ensuring clear and marketable Title of any land parcel owned or being acquired by the company and should also be able give Title Clearance Certificate.
8. Interacting and getting work done from other advocates appearing or advising on behalf of the organisation.
+. Setting up robust systems for filing and retrieval of data / information, more particularly important relevant judgements of all courts.
10. Setting up systems and controls for ensuring timely compliance with requirements of all relevant Legislations, Rules, Regulations etc.
11. Setting up systems for ensuring that all properties of the Organisation are well protected and keep a track of any development whether by way of legislation or Court verdicts or any other event affecting the operations or property of the organisation.
12. Should have in-depth knowledge of Revenue Code and relevant laws, regulations and judgements pertaining to the same is a must.
13. Also he/she be constantly updated about current legislations, rules, regulations and court verdicts and should set up a system of keeping the organisation well informed about the same and analyse the same for the benefit of the organisation.
14. He/She will be a core member of the management team with a vision to contribute to overall operations and growth of the organisation.
