Job Description
• Provide strategic legal advice and risk management input for b usiness decisions
• Manage and lead all corporate legal processes including mergers and acquisitions
• Ensure the company's policies comply with the latest legal and regulatory requirements
• Represent the company in any legal disputes
• Lead and manage a team of legal professionals
• Oversee contract negotiations and drafting
• Ensure the company is protected against legal risks
• Coordinate with external legal entities when required

The Successful Applicant
• 12+ years of Legal + CS experience
• Open to Gurugram as a location, WFO
• Must be a strong commercial lawyer with extensive transactional and general corporate experience.
• Capable of leading, negotiating, and closing transactions.
• Should have good experience in stakeholder management across levels.
• Experience in secretarial, ethical, regulatory, and statutory compliances is essential.
• IPO experience is a plus.
• Experience in implementing compliance processes and related training is desirable.
