Head Barista/Supervisor

Full job description
We are a small cafe near central and we are currently looking for an experienced barista to join the team

to be successful for this position, ideally you must be

- competent with all aspects of coffee making together with experience in customer services.

- Minimum 2 years local barista experience

- confident in free pour latte arts

- able to handle 5-6kg solo with consistent coffee latte arts

- ideally have a great awareness of recent coffee trend, great understanding in single origin beans, background knowledge of filter coffee, batch brew, cold drip etc.

- Capable of working under high pressure environment and willing to take challenges

- effective communication skills
