Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing garment construction processes, ensuring high levels of quality and precision. The individual will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with teams, and conducting regular inspections to maintain standards. Additionally, responsibilities include using design and project management tools effectively and collaborating with various teams to support the development of apparel products.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Construction and Architecture related to garment production
• Experience in Budgeting and conducting inspections to meet quality standards
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and project tracking
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical designs and translate them into production standards
• Previous experience in apparel manufacturing or construction is highly desirable
• Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
