Position: Electronics R&D Engineer – Hardware Design
Experience: 2 – 5 years (flexible for strong candidates)
Location - Udaipur (Raj)
Key Responsibility
1. Hardware Design & Development
· Lead the design and development of analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware for embedded systems.
· Design circuits based on 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers for instrumentation and control applications.
· Select appropriate electronic components based on electrical, thermal, and application requirements.
· Develop schematics and PCB layouts (multi-layer, high-density) ensuring signal integrity, reliability, and manufacturability.
2. Interfaces & Connectivity
· Design analog interfaces using ADC, DAC, operational amplifiers, and signal conditioning circuits.
· Implement digital interfaces such as UART, I²C, SPI, PWM, RTC, DFU, and various display interfaces (LCD, OLED, TFT).
· Work with microprocessors and high-speed interfaces — USB, Ethernet, DDR, eMMC, MIPI CSI, and DSI.
· Design and validate digital wired interfaces — RS-232, RS-485, USB, Ethernet, and wireless interfaces — Bluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa.
3. Power & Compliance
· Design and validate power supplies, including switching regulators (SMPS) and LDOs.
· Ensure EMI/EMC-compliant designs that meet industrial and regulatory standards.
· Conduct power optimization, transient analysis, and thermal validation for high-reliability operation.
4. Prototyping, Testing & Validation
· Perform board bring-up, functional testing, and PoC (proof of concept) evaluations.
· Troubleshoot and debug both hardware and firmware-related issues .
· Handle internal testing as well as field issue analysis and resolution.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation including design files, test reports, and revision histories.
5. Collaboration & Process
· Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and product design teams for integrated development.
· Participate in design reviews, DFM/DFT analysis, and continuous product improvement.
· Contribute to defining technical roadmaps for next-generation instrumentation and sensing systems.
Qualifications
· B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
· Strong proficiency in Altium Designer / OrCAD / KiCad / EasyEDA or similar PCB design tools.
· Experience with industrial instrumentation, temperature sensing, or embedded control systems preferred.
· Knowledge of design standards, reliability testing, and environmental compliance is a plus.
