About the Role

As a Guide and Customer Experience Representative, you'll deliver engaging, informative, and entertaining guided tours through our 45-minute immersive experience. You'll bring the story of New Zealand rugby to life, from the locker room to the stadium, using cutting-edge technology and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable visitor experience.
Support daily operations, including ticketing, guest enquiries, and safety procedures.
Represent the All Blacks Experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience presenting to groups or in a guiding, acting, or public speaking role.
Has at least 18 months of customer service experience.
Is fluent in English (bonus if you speak French or Japanese).
Has basic rugby knowledge and a passion for the game.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
Is eager to learn basic te reo Māori and tikanga.
Is energetic, friendly, and thrives in a team environment.
Bonus points if you have experience in tourism, theatre, or are actively involved in a rugby club.
