Groups Sales Manager - The Travel Corporation

At The Travel Corporation (TTC), we bring together some of the world’s most iconic travel brands. We’re looking for a Groups Sales Manager, to take ownership of our groups strategy across the region and play a key role in shaping the future of group travel.

This is a strategic, relationship-led role where you’ll act as the subject matter expert for Groups, working across our Touring Brands portfolio to drive passenger growth, unlock new partnerships and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

What you’ll be responsible for

Driving growth & new business
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to deliver Groups passenger and revenue targets
Grow Groups brand awareness across key sectors including education, special interest groups, clubs and associations
Identify, establish and grow new partnerships and distribution opportunities
Actively prospect, pitch and convert group travel opportunities across trade and direct channels
Collaborate with global Groups teams to align strategy and identify emerging trends
Events, activations & representation
Plan and deliver events, activations and marketing initiatives that generate group leads and bookings
Represent TTC at industry events, partner meetings and presentations
Act as a credible ambassador for TTC, delivering engaging presentations and training when required
Reporting & collaboration
Maintain an accurate and well-managed Salesforce pipeline
Provide regular reporting, insights and analysis to support commercial decision-making
Work closely with the GM Sales and Groups Manager Oceania on performance and strategic initiatives
About you

2+ years’ experience in travel or tourism sales, or 3+ years in an outbound sales environment
Strong commercial understanding of the travel industry and customer segments
Experience managing long-term sales strategies alongside short-term activations
Confident using Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to build and maintain strong commercial relationships
Results-driven, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
A confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels
