Job Title: Analyst / Senior Analyst – Global Reporting Hub (GR India Team)

Global Reporting Hub (GRH) is a Global Reporting's flagship self-service reporting tool which provides a single user-friendly Interface to a wide variety of reporting and analytical outputs in a digital format. The Global Reporting Hub is a key enabler of Global Reporting's mission of providing "Reporting as a service".

Role Description

This role involves developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining DB Group MIS on GRH. You will design, code, test, debug and document all the MI reports as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. You need to work in a team, with a predisposition to open discussion and creating a supportive, collaborative environment. You need to work closely with business partners to support end to end development and post development support.

Your key responsibilities
• Development and maintenance of self-service reporting platforms using SAP Business Objects, Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud and Web Intelligence.
• Responsible for creating Custom Excel queries based on Reporting requirement.
• Responsible for driving Initial discussions and requirement gatherings and designing the best fit solution and deliver it with efficiency.

Your skills and experience
• Collaboration in virtual teams and in a global multi-location organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong IT affinity.
• Experience of BI Application Development and Dashboard Development, ideally in SAP (Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud and WebIntelligence)
• Understanding of multi-dimensional databases and business warehouses, ideally SAP BW.
• Basic knowledge of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and Java Scripting to create robust, good looking, interactive applications / dashboards.
• Good experience of MS Office, advanced MS Excel skills and optional good experience of Formulas and Visual Basic (VBA)
• Good Experience of working with OLAP reporting systems (e.g. SAP BO / AFO / BEx, Essbase, Qlik, Tableau etc.).
• Interest in creating Enterprise-level Executive Dashboards, Robust Analysis Applications.
• Interest in providing Users with Guided Navigation Paths, Drilldown Capabilities and Planning based Applications.
• Highly motivated individual who is able to work in tight deadlines and without supervisions.
• Preferred but not essential (BE / BTech) with minimum 3-4 years of experience.
