Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on brand-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading content for Social Media. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the point of contact for customers enquiries via phone, email, chat.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Timely escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Any ticketing tool like Freshdesk, Freshchat.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations and building positive relationships.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed, Basic excel
