We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with Motion Design expertise to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic Designer with Motion Design specialization, you will play a crucial role in developing visually stunning and engaging marketing materials that captivate our audience and drive results. Your innovative design skills, combined with your proficiency in motion graphics, will contribute to the enhancement of our brand's visual identity and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and creative requirements.
• Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website assets, and more.
• Conceptualize and create captivating motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
• Develop and execute design concepts from ideation to final production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and elevate the quality of our visual content.
• Work cross-functionally with other designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual experience across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and motion design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Experience in creating animations, motion graphics, and video editing for marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality design deliverables.
• Knowledge of MarTech trends and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
