Job Description

Flyzy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UX/UI Designer to design visually appealing graphics and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing materials, digital assets, and UI/UX designs that enhance brand presence and improve user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:
• Develop engaging visual content, including social media graphics, banners, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create branding assets such as logos, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design elements.
• Work with the marketing team to design advertisements, brochures, and website visuals.

UX/UI Design:
• Design user-centric web and mobile interfaces for Flyzy’s platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand customer behavior and improve user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Improve existing interfaces by analyzing user feedback and usability testing.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 1-3 years in Graphic Design and UX/UI Design.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Knowledge of design systems, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus.
