Graphic Designer – Climate Control Air Conditioning

Full-Time | Starting Salary: $50,000/year
Climate Control Air Conditioning is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and communications team! If you’re a creative thinker with an eye for clean design, strong branding, and compelling visual storytelling—we want to meet you.
About the Role
As our in-house Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating cohesive, on-brand visual content across all platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that help us communicate effectively with our customers, promote our services, and elevate our overall brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce graphics for digital and print, including:
Social media content
Web banners and landing pages
Flyers, brochures, mailers
Vehicle wraps and signage
Email campaigns
Presentation materials
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams on campaign and promotional strategies
Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors as needed
Assist in the development of brand guidelines and marketing assets
Update and manage visual assets for the company website and advertising platforms
Edit and enhance photos and other media content when needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1–3 years preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Understanding of layout, color, typography, and branding principles
Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A portfolio showcasing your creative work is required
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, photography, or UI/UX design
