• Job Description:

As a Brand Designer and manager at Erro Design, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the brand's visual identity across various platforms and touchpoints. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from identity design to collateral creation, and play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's presence. Video editing skills are considered an added advantage for this role.
• Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual elements.

2. Visual Language: Create and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual language across all company materials and communications.

3. Collateral Design: Design a wide range of collateral, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.

4. Social Media: Manage and curate social media content that aligns with our brand identity, engaging our audience and promoting our brand effectively.

5. Content Creation: Create and edit visual content, including images, graphics, and videos for use across various digital platforms.

6. Brand Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies that align with our business goals.

7. Market Research: Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

8. Video Editing (Advantageous): Utilize video editing skills to create engaging and impactful video content that supports our brand's storytelling.
• Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Certified course in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience in brand design and management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and strategic abilities.

- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Video editing skills (an added advantage).

- A passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
