Graphic Design Intern

Role:

As a Design & Graphic Intern, you will help us deliver compelling user experiences with an aim to match our vision of revolutionizing the logistics supply chain industry.

You may be right for this role if:

· Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

· Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory). Good to have knowledge in Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent programs), as well as relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to understand the constraints of the platform.

· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

· Your expertise is in designing intuitive user interfaces while having a strong understanding of UX design best practices.

· You are experienced with creating design frameworks and processes that ensure consistency of brand and quality.

· You have hands-on experience with responsive design and accessibility.

· You can work efficiently on your own but love to collaborate.

· You are not afraid of making iterations to design for the best possible solutions.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

· A portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Strategise, communicate, negotiate, and drive design solutions for our products.

· Collaborate with Research, Product, Business, Data and Engineering teams to create delightful and impactful experiences for our users.

· Build products with a deep understanding of our users’ needs and transform them into usable designs by conducting frequent user testing.

· Articulate decisions & solutions verbally as well as through sketches, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks and functional prototypes.

· Be a bridge between the product design and the front-end engineering in translating the designed experience into detailed UI specifications.

· Assist in the creation of graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.

· Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high- quality standards.

· Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of our visual content.
