Exciting opportunity for emerging engineers to work within a technology and operational change company. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fun and experienced team driven to succeed and receive mentorship from our company’s key leaders.

We are seeking team members to join our Haultrax Consulting and Deployment & Support teams in a full-time role. You will be involved in projects with a focus on the deployment and implementation of mining technologies, including fleet management systems, collision avoidance, autonomous trucks/drills, and other productivity and safety tools. You will be working within a team of 30+ team members and receive constant mentoring by senior leaders.

This role requires working both on an active site roster, and within an office environment in Perth CBD.

As a Haultrax team member, you will have full access to our in-house Coaching and Performance & Development team, designed to help you see your path of progression within the company, coach you on reaching your targets, and provide general life advice in the areas you choose.

Within our team, you will work on:
Technology introduction, implementation and change to operational processes
Analysing performance gaps and improvements, implementing strategies to sustain performance improvement
Assist in change management activities
Project Management support
Planning, organising and overseeing the execution of project tasks
Configuration and commissioning of technology
Assisting in the definition of roles, responsibilities and process changes to support technology implementation
Learning safety awareness and leadership
Organisation of workspace, personnel, and hardware to support install and project team
Document creation, such as: scoping, safety, training, project updates and work instructions

More broadly, the responsibilities are to provide deployment and consulting support, including:
Working to build the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver and sustain change management on site
Execution and support of implementation processes, resource planning, and management of external resources and suppliers to achieve a positive operating culture
Liaising with site operations personnel to ensure project objectives and standards are achieved

What you will need for this role:
To excel in this role, it is important to possess qualities such as integrity, strong communication skills, the ability to listen attentively, a detail-oriented mindset, proficiency in task execution, a strong work ethic, creativity, and a team-oriented mentality.
Ability to demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development
Excellent planning, organisation and communication (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills; someone who can confidently keep track of many moving parts
