Summary

Donohoo Chevrolet is looking for a Government Administrative Assistant to perform a wide variety of specialized clerical and finance work and provide support to assigned department; plans, coordinates and organizes office activities and coordinate flow of communications and information; prepares and maintains a variety of manual and automated records, reports related to assigned activities, and all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
Prepare reports and documents as needed for management review.
Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role or office management position.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with finance is a plus.
