Global Process Lead | RTR

Role Overview:

Understanding the shared service landscape (Run finance and accounting service delivery and/or played controller/senior controller ship roles in a shared services environment. Has worked in a brick and motor company with shared services environment. Somebody who has a very good domain experience balanced with good exposure to process standardization, transformation and automation (globally).

Responsibilities:

• Global owner for process design and architecture and performance management serving as the single point of accountability for delivery of R2R & Inter Company organizational objectives; responsible for developing and delivering on global process strategic transformation.

• Develop and lead achievement of robust global R2R & Inter Company objectives Support development of and lead implementation and execution of the GFS Digital Strategy and Controls Optimization.

• Proactively monitor cross-functional and enterprise wide initiatives that impact people, processes and technology to ensure alignment, maintain agility and mitigate disruption to the global GBS process areas through frequent communication with business partners including SN leadership, Finance Advisory Counsel, cross functional stakeholders including Controllers, Corporate Audit and external advisors.

• Lead and Support Automation projects in RTR & Inter-Company in collaboration with RPA COE Team.

• Be the process owner for SAP & AX ERP System and be the SPOC for any ERP related questions.

• Manage the relationship with key stakeholders including, but not limited to Controllers, Commercial Finance, Business Technology, Enabling Finance, Job Description Form P/N 66053 Rev. C ECN77577 Treasury, Global Tax, Corporate Audit identifying opportunities for collaboration and ensuring process improvements are actively sought and implemented.

• Collaborate relentless with GBS operational and site leadership ensuring global alignment of priorities; manage and influence results through matrix relationships.

• Create a culture focused on continuous improvement, internal controls and compliance; lead the maintenance of an effective internal control structure ensuring compliance with SN policy and US GAAP, while proactively managing existing and new risk.

• Lead benchmarking activities and continuous assessment of global process performance measures. Establish cross-functional guidelines on global process standards.

• Develop an understanding of digital finance tools and applications within finance teams.

Location: Pune

Education:

Accounting Certification ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent required.

Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or other business-related field required

Experience:

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience of general accounting or finance experience required in a Corporate Finance, Shared Service, Including Financial Reporting experience.

• Demonstrated experience managing accounting and/or finance teams in a complex and global environment.

• Strong business acumen and professionalism with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues in all functions and levels.

• Ability to work in a high-performing team environment; demonstrated strong leadership in an increasingly complex and fast-moving environment.

• Proven ability to execute large scale strategies and global projects while meeting and/or exceeding customers' expectations.

• Experience/background in evaluating business risk and implementing financial controls, BPO Management experience.
