Seeking applications for General Manager - Liaison

Job Purpose :
The position is responsible and accountable for entire Liaisoning process along Rera compliance pertaining to all the projects across Pune. Also, to build strong relationships with the Government authorities.

Roles &

Responsibilities:

Liaise with senior government officials pertaining to PMC, PCMC, PMRDA for issues which are stuck.
Responsible for all sanctions, nocs' and required approvals for all the projects and guide the team to get all such approvals as per the defined timelines for civil, electrical and fire nocs.
Responsible for the environmental clearance certificates and related compliance of all the projects along with Pollution Control Board Clearance & Compliance.
Responsible for all Rera compliance, generation of Rera numbers for all the new projects and the quarterly compliances of all the existing projects.
Responsible for all the revenue related matters of all the projects.
Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with all the senior government officials pertaining to PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, EC, etc.
Responsible for risk audits/process audits of all the internal teams along with organizing management review meetings.
Responsible for coordinating for all the litigations pertaining to Rera and similar matters.

Relevant experience of 15+ years in real estate.
