Job Responsibilities

As an Attorney in our General Liability practice group, you will play an integral role in the success of our cases, clients, and the firm. Your key responsibilities include:

Legal Research and Analysis: Conducts thorough legal research and analyzes complex data to inform case strategy.
Case Preparation: Assists in preparing cases for hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions, ensuring all documentation and evidence are organized and complete.
Client Communication: Maintains strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and communication.
Team Collaboration: Works closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to execute strategies and meet client objectives.
Continuing Education: Stays up-to-date on changes in the law and emerging trends in their practice area, attending continuing legal education (CLE) programs and workshops.
Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

Experience: At least 1-10 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on
civil litigation cases are preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related
to automotive liability.
