Are you a designer with a background in designing furniture products, specializing in crafting wooden furniture and upholstered products Do you have expertise in product design, market trends, and working with labor and operations teams to create product samples and manufacturing techniques Have you collaborated with QC teams to set standards for finished products and worked with various materials and fabrics Are you skilled in 3D modeling and creating pre-production product renders and technical drawings If so, this opportunity might be ideal for you.

As a prospective candidate, you should be a design graduate from NIFT/NID or other relevant institutes, specializing in Lifestyle Product Accessory Designs or Furniture Design. Your experience should include hands-on involvement in design and development, particularly in home decor, furniture, and craft clusters. Proficiency in working with materials such as wood, metal, terracotta, fabric, leather, bamboo, and others is essential.

Additionally, you should have experience in coordinating production with craftsmen and overseeing medium to large-scale factory production. An eye for detail, commitment to quality, and continuous improvement are key attributes we seek, along with the ability to manage production schedules, processes, vendors, and craftsmen effectively.

Ideal candidates will have practical experience in Jaipur or Jodhpur furniture clusters and companies and possess excellent persuasion and communication skills. Proficiency in software such as Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD/3D Max, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw, and KeyShot is also required.
