We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and designing solutions using Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript/JavaScript, along with experience working with SQL databases and AWS technologies
The role also requires proficiency in DevOps/CICD processes, Automation Testing, and troubleshooting application issues
An additional skill in Java would be considered a significant advantage
5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Express.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL
Hands-on experience with AWS technology stack including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS
Strong understanding of DevOps/CICD processes and automation tools
Proven experience in troubleshooting application errors and providing support to web and mobile teams
Familiarity with Automation Testing frameworks and tools
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to business stakeholders
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Client-focused attitude with the ability to advocate for customer needs and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals
Ability to create detailed technical briefs and develop solution designs for complex projects
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be actively involved in hands-on development, troubleshooting, and supporting both web and mobile applications teams
You will play a key role in ideating, designing, and delivering technical solutions that meet business requirements while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Express.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL
Utilize AWS technologies to build scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions
Implement DevOps and CICD processes to streamline development and deployment workflows
Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting errors, and resolving issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with web and mobile applications teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth functioning of the systems
Contribute to Automation Testing to ensure code quality and efficient test coverage
Work closely with business leads to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet both business and technical needs
Create technical briefs, documentation, and detailed solution designs for development teams and stakeholders
