Job Purpose

Nominated by DIAL as CFO of Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India P Ltd and monitor and Supervise the finance and accounts of the organization including, tax compliance, stake holder management, risk mitigation, maintaining accounting records as per Ind AS , IGAAP and IFRS as well as audit thereof. The company is also subject to Cost Audit and maintaining the cost records too.

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators

Financial Closing of Books of Accounts and Audit thereof 1. Compliance of Ind AS , GAAP and IFRS
• Timely closure of Accounts as per schedule
• Resolution of issues with Statutory Auditors and ensure no adverse remarks in Audit Report etc.

Accounts Receivable Management 1. Ensuring timely billing i.e 7th of next month , of revenue with accuracy
• Ensuring no revenue leakage with proper monitoring and controls
• Reconciliation of debtors and realization of dues

Accounts Payable Management 1. Ensuring payment to vendors, suppliers, service providers etc as per payment terms
• Ensure compliance of TDS, Service Tax and Vat provisions
• Monitoring of Expenses as per AOP and variance analysis

Tax Compliance 1. Ensuring Filing of returns as per tax deadlines with accuracy and assessment
• Reply to Department’s queries and filing of appeal and appearing for appeal matters and co-ordinate with advocates
• Ensuring no interest and penalty and availment of cenvat credits etc.
• Getting Assessment done under Income Tax act

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
• Interaction with Tax Authorities for assessment proceeding and other requirement.
• Regular Interaction with Bank for the credit facilities and their compliance
• Regular interaction with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors for addressing their issues and reply to their reports
• Interaction with AERA(Regulator) for tariff finalization for the cargo terminal

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
• Regular interaction with Board of the JV company and with other Department Head in regard to meet the day to day requirement
• Regular interaction with various departments for clearing of advances, submission of bills in regard to provisions, masers up-dation and other accounts related issues
• Interaction with the Concession Authority, and control/compliance of SHA and Concession agreement
• Regular interaction with DIAL JV Team on various issues related to compliance , governance etc

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

 Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience

 Knowledge of SAP B1, ERP (for manufacturing industry) SAP S4/Hana for Service Industry (cargo), Ind AS and Tax laws

 Effective communication and Analytical Ability

 Team Leader

Relevant Experience

 Experience of working in ERP based accounting system

 Experience of fairly handling large team and dealing with govt. agencies

 Experience of working with Infrastructure, Service and manufacturing Industry
