As our next Receptionist, you...
Will be the 'face of Novotel London Waterloo', welcoming our guests warmly, prioritizing their well-being, and adding your personal touch to their stay.
Will connect with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
Are a passionate individual dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
Additional information:
To support your role and success, you will receive training in all front-of-house related functions and property safety.
By joining us as a Receptionist, you will become part of a friendly team of 15 talented colleagues. Our hotel features 178 rooms, meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant, and fitness & sauna facilities.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests, you must be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guests' perspective is key, so while you settle into your new role, we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this firsthand.
